Pickup orders

Pickup orders are generally ready for collection within 24 hours provided all items in your order are in stock.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

IMPORTANT -  We will need to appropriately verify your identification when you come to collect your order. Hence it is important that you bring with you a government issued ID and the credit card you used to pay for your order.

Delivery orders

Orders received before 12pm on a business day are dispatched on the same day provided all items in your order are in stock. Orders received after 12pm are dispatched the next business day provided all items in your order are in stock.

A flat rate of $10.95 shipping is charged for most deliveries Australia wide.

We use Australia Post and other reputable courier services to ship delivery orders to customers.

Once your order has been dispatched it will take 3-5 Business days to arrived to most addresses within NSW and 4-7 business days to arrive to most interstate addresses.

We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive to you within the times indicated above.
